Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how information pertaining to you is gathered, utilized, and disclosed. It also provides important privacy details, specifies the circumstances under which this policy may change, and instructs you on how to reach out to us for questions or comments. We collect information about both you and the devices you employ when you utilize our services or engage with us in any other manner.

Refund Policy

In our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have established a comprehensive refund policy. However, please be aware that there are certain situations in which a refund may not be applicable. The following refund policy provides detailed guidance on this matter.

Quality Of Work

  • Quality is our foremost priority, and we implement stringent measures to ensure it, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction. Except in the case of urgent orders, if your orders do not meet the quality standards we have promised, kindly submit requests for UNLIMITED REVISIONS, and we will make every effort to address those issues.
  • Revisions are subject to the terms stipulated in the "Approval/Revision of Orders" section.

Order Cancellation

Upon placing an order, you have the opportunity to potentially cancel it by promptly notifying our support team. In such cases, 70% of the amount will be refunded, with the remaining 30% allocated to cover operational costs. However, please be aware that a refund is not applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the order has been placed and an expert writer has been assigned.
  • If the writer has completed the work prior to your cancellation request.
  • If no writer has been assigned within half of the time between order placement and the delivery date, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50%. Please note that if the writer has finished your work and you still wish to cancel your order, a refund can only be requested, and the dispute manager will make the final decision.

Lateness

Refunds are not applicable for minor delays in urgent orders with a 24-hour deadline, although the dispute manager may consider a refund of up to 7%. If lateness is due to pending files, queries, or clarifications on your end, refunds are not applicable. Hence, we strongly recommend providing all necessary materials and instructions to ensure the timely delivery of your order.

Amendment Policy

Our amendment policy offers customers the flexibility to request unlimited changes to their orders. You can reach out to us with your amendment requests, and we'll gladly accommodate them.

To qualify for a complimentary amendment, customers need to submit their revision requests within 20 days of receiving their order. However, for larger orders, this timeframe extends to 45 days. If your amendment request falls within these guidelines, we will make the necessary adjustments to your order to meet your initial requirements without any additional cost. After the specified timeline has passed, we will assume that you are satisfied. We prioritize amendment requests based on the order's urgency, ensuring a standard minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

  • For orders with a deadline of up to 24 hours, the amendment turnaround time is 24 hours.
  • Please note that if you terminate your deal with us and subsequently discover a better price from our competitors or another writing company, you won't be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be processed for orders with deadlines of 48 hours or less. For orders with deadlines between 24 and 48 hours, the amendment turnaround time is 48 hours.
  • Partial refunds will only be granted to students who provide valid proof. For orders with deadlines of 48 hours or more, the amendment turnaround time is 72 hours.

Order Approval And Revision

  • Once an order has been approved, a refund cannot be processed.
  • If you deviate from the provided instructions during a revision, additional compensation will be required, and in such cases, no refund or cancellation will be possible.
  • Kindly approve your orders or request revisions within 14 days from the time of order delivery. After this period, the order will no longer be eligible for revision. If needed, you can still request a revision by reaching out to our support representatives.
  • For larger orders consisting of 30 or more pages, revision requests may be considered after 14 days.
